Modius CEO to Discuss how to Boost Data Center Optimization Tactics at the 2011 Uptime Institute Symposium

Craig Compiano to show attendees a data center optimization roadmap that will enable better capacity planning at every stage of a data center’s operational maturity

San Francisco, CA – May 5, 2011 - Modius Inc., a leading provider of Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) solutions, today announced that its CEO, Craig Compiano, will be a featured speaker at the upcoming Uptime Institute Symposium 2011, May 9-12, at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, California.

On Wednesday, May 11th at 11:30 a.m., Craig Compiano will give a talk titled “Take your Data Center Optimization Projects from Basic to Advanced with Real-time Power and Cooling Intelligence." During the discussion attendees will learn how to simply the operations of an increasingly complex facilities and IT ecosystem and improve equipment performance and efficiency.

The session will highlight:

  • Optimization roadmap
  • Essential criteria for real-time monitoring and analytics solutions
  • Turning data center metrics into operational intelligence
