Craig Compiano – Chairman of the Board

Craig Compiano is an expert business manager and entrepreneur with extensive executive management experience and a track record for developing successful businesses. He brings to the company and the industry, 30 years experience in business and systems development, operations, and finance. His prior accomplishments in software development for large commercial and public sector clients during his tenure at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) led to his current concentration on operational systems development and performance analytics for data centers, and the founding of Modius. Previously as Co-founder and Vice President of Paymap, Inc., Mr. Compiano prototyped, developed, and deployed an Electronic Payment System, that has been widely adopted by the banking industry. He was awarded a patent for this technology. Mr. Compiano has a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California, and an MBA Finance from UC Berkeley.

Philip Eliot – Board Member

Philip Eliot is a Principal of Paladin Capital Group (www.paladincapgroup.com) and focuses on investments in technology-driven companies in a variety of industries for Paladin. Mr. Eliot has been working with early-stage technology companies since 2000, when he joined FBR Technology Venture Partners ("FBRTVP"), a $200 million venture capital fund focused on software and telecommunications companies in the mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining Paladin, he was a Vice President at Core Capital Partners. He serves or has served as a board member or board observer for numerous companies including Modius, Unitrends, Iptivia, Cloudshield, SilverStorm Technologies (acquired by QLogic, NASDAQ: QLGC), RulesPower Corp. (acquired by Fair, Isaac; NYSE: FIC), and Solstice Software. He also serves on the board of advisors of the Chesapeake Innovation Center. Prior to joining FBRTVP, Mr. Eliot was a consultant at Dean & Company, where he worked in the telecommunications and utilities industries, focusing on strategy and business plan development for companies entering the deregulated local telephony and electric power markets. He also worked with Dean & Company's private equity practice in conjunction with Bessemer Holdings evaluating investment targets in both the United States and Germany. Mr. Eliot received a B.A. in Physics with Honors from Harvard University.
